Refactor wallet storage and subscription handling

- Updated WalletStore to manage localStorage and handle storage events more effectively.
- Introduced mockAccountsSubscribe in constants for better account subscription handling.
- Removed unnecessary storage subscription from InjectionConfig.
- Enhanced Wallet class to utilize new account and metadata management methods.
